Petroleum Products Act of 1977
Section 2A:
(a) manufacturing licence is needed in order to manufacture petroleum product;
(b) wholesale licence in order to engage in the wholesale of prescribed petroleum products ;
(c) site licence in order to hold or develop a site;
(d) retail licence for the retail of prescribed petroleum products,Section 2B to inform Controller of Petroleum Products.
